You can only use the (2)nd and (3)rd effects of this card’s name each once per turn.
(1) This card’s name becomes “Skull Servant” while in the GY.
(2) If you have “Skull Servant” and/or “King of the Skull Servants” in your GY: You can send this card from your hand or field to the GY; send cards from the top of your Deck to the GY up to the number of “Skull Servant” and “King of the Skull Servants” in your GY.
(3) You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 “Skull Servant” or “King of the Skull Servants” in your GY; Special Summon it.

Note: This card’s name is a play on ライトロード, the name for Lightsworn, which in Japanese is intended to be Lightroad. However this card itself is a Wight that is a Lord. Road and Lord are spelt exactly the same in Katakana in Japanese, making this a joke name. This is further emphasized by it having a large “Send from the Deck to the GY” effect.

Hence decided to emphasize the connection by doing a bit of localizing, in the same way “Wight King” became “King of the Skull Servants”.
