[Effect] While this card is face-up in a Field Zone, face-up monsters (non-EARTH) on the field lose 300 ATK and DEF.

Note: I doubt it’s relevant here but 万緑 is used in 万緑叢中紅一点 (Banryokusouchuukouitten), a Japanese idiom referring to “A lone red flower amidst a sea of green”, a line from a piece of Chinese Poetry from Wang Anshi. That turned into an Asian Idiom of “Women stand out best when they’re surrounded by a group of men”. If you’ve ever wondered why groups in Asian media tend to be so gender lopsided, this is partially why.
