Konami’s Asian branch has announced:

Have you ever wanted to use themes like Gishiki or Laval in your tournaments, or cards like Evilswarm Bahamut, but never could because of the special Asia rule which prohibited most Duel Terminal cards? We are proud to announce that from now on, all Duel Terminal cards will be allowed in all Asia official tournaments with immediate notice, including our upcoming YOT Hong Kong!
