[REQUIREMENT] When your opponent Normal or Special Summons a monster.
[EFFECT] Choose 1 face-down card on the field and reveal it. If that card is a Monster Card with 1300 DEF, then, you can choose 1 face-up Level 8 or lower monster on your opponent’s field or 1 face-down card on your opponent’s field and destroy it.

Note: Assassin and its various derivations are non-grata in the TCG, and the most reason version of this is “Gold Pride Eliminator”.
