The Official Twitter Account for Yu-Gi-Oh.jp for a brief moment accidentally posted about a new Link Monster from the Deck, before deleting the post:

Structure Deck: Power Code Link will be including a new Link 3 monster, called “Traffic Ghost”. This is also intended to be the 4th Reveal for the V Jump Reveal.
