It’s listed as a 劇場版『遊☆戯☆王 THE DARK SIDE OF DIMENSIONS』　海馬建設ボールペン (“Yu-Gi-Oh! The Dark Side of Dimensions” the Movie Kaiba Construction Ballpoint Pen).
