PSEC-JP002 Dark Magician

Starting July 4th and ending July 26th, 3000 Duelists in Japan will have a chance to get their hands on a Prismatic Secret Rare version of “Dark Magician”! To do so, players will have to purchase 3000 or more Yen worth of Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG related product to obtain a postcard they can send in that will be used in a lottery!
