(1) When exactly 1 monster is Normal/Special Summoned: Destroy all monsters on the field with ATK less than that monster’s ATK.

Note: The card’s name is a combination of Kaiju, Kick, “The Normal” and the Idiom ‘鎧袖一触’, which means to handily defeat the opponent. Like you know, summon a dozen monsters and flip up a Floodgate tier of handily defeat.

So basically “The Normal” getting their butts kicked super easy by the owner of that foot.
