It’s part of a Yu-Gi-Oh! and Toho Theaters campaign in honor of the movie.

Basically, starting March 5th, 2016, if you register to get a CineMilage card at select Toho owned Theaters, you get a “Silent Swordsman LV5” Kaiba Corp Rare Promo card. Cost is 500 Yen.

CineMilage is a program at the the theaters where if you see 6 movies using the CineMilage program at the select Theaters, you get to see the 7th flick free.
