You can Ritual Summon this card with “Sonic Tracker”.
(1) Once per turn: You can reveal 1 Ritual Spell in your hand, and if you do, add 1 Ritual Monster from your Deck to your hand whose name is listed on it, and if you do that, shuffle the revealed card into the Deck.
(2) Once per turn, during your opponent’s turn (Quick Effect): You can send 1 Ritual Spell from your Deck to the GY; this effect becomes that Ritual Spell’s effect that Ritual Summons a monster when it is activated.
(3) If this Ritual Summoned card is Tributed: You can target 1 face-up card your opponent controls; negate its effects until the end of this turn.

You can use the (2) effect with this card’s name only once per turn.
(1) Ritual Summon 1 “Transonic Bird” from your hand, by Tributing monsters from your hand and/or field whose total Levels equal 4 or more, but the Summoned monster’s Level becomes equal to the total Levels of the monsters used.
(2) You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 Ritual Monster you control; send 1 Ritual Monster with the same Type and/or Attribute as that face-up monster from your Deck to the GY.
