The official Database for Rush Duels will be released on January 28th.

Konami has confirmed the Database will allow you to use it for the following.

(1) Card Search
(2) Confirm Rulings
(3) Register and Manage “My Deck”
(4) Browse Publicly Available Deck Recipes

(And that it will be available via the Japanese version of Neuron)
