Konami is offering to rectify this by asking you to mail in your erronous copy for a corrected copy by sending a letter with the following:

• Your full name (First Name + Surname).
• Your home address.
• Contact phone number.
• Contact email address.
• Your incorrectly-printed version of Sea Monster of Theseus
