The pulsations of primordial dragons repeat on a scale beyond human comprehension. At the end of the concentration and release of their seemingly eternal power, the Dragons of Light and Darkness, and a paranormal dragon that even surpasses those, are now awakening.

Near-god-like entities that condense the power of each attribute into their body.
These Dragon Rulers are said to inhabit the mountains, massive waterfalls, active volcanoes and storm zones, etc., in other words, locations where the power of each attribute is extremely strong.
