Note: This might be a reference to William S. Burroughs, a famous sci-fi author. Shiten here can also mean Fulcrum or Dead Point (the very top or bottom of a Piston).

It could also be a play on Baros, which means ‘weight’. Also, it interacting with itself and 3 cards and 3 cards on each effect might be why it has “shi” in the name, as in 4.

There’s probably a bunch of things going on here, and we’re not entirely sure which.
