Tickets have been moved to being accessible from the Gift Box now, you can no longer access them from Ranked Duels.

Konami is now selling “The Vagrant”, a Special Duelist that can be used to give out 5 to 30 times more experience than normal Duelists. In premise by defeating the Vagrant, you can jump a character from Level 1 to Level 31 in a single Day. The Vagrant costs 1 US Dollar.

Also, uncapped but the Vagabond has been heavily adjusted with new challenges and far less experience handed out as of the most recent update.
