(2) If a monster(s) you control is returned to the Deck or face-down Extra Deck while this card is in your GY: You can add this card to your hand.

Note:

幾星霜 (Ikuseisou) is an archaic, more metaphorical way of saying ‘many years’, literally meaning ‘Many Star(ry nights) and (Winter) Frosts. Ness translated this phrase in Visas’ lore as “Passage of Time” so we decided to split the difference and reference both Starfrost’s name and how Ness translated.
