If you squint hard enough in this distant pic of the reprint of Topologic Zeroboros in Battles of Legend: Armageddon, you’ll find that the text has been updated to match its OCG counterpart, regarding when it is Special Summoned back to the field.

Current text:
Once per turn, during the Standby Phase of your next turn after this card was banished by its own effect: Special Summon this banished card.

Updated text:
Once per turn, during the Standby Phase of the next turn after this card was banished by its own effect: Special Summon this banished card.

In other words, it is now possible to Special Summon Zeroboros during the Standby Phase of the opponent’s turn.
